At Saintuary Sunday, we take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping each order to ensure it arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or after special events, processing times may extend slightly, but we’ll always notify you if there are any delays.

 

Shipping Policy - the basics

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time within the United States is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at saintuarysunday@mail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and assist in replacing or refunding your order as needed.

International Shipping:
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international orders or special requests, please contact us directly to make arrangements.
