1. Services

 

All service appointments (including sound therapy, Reiki, and private sessions) are non-refundable once completed.

If you must cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to receive credit toward a future session.

 

2. Events and Workshops

 

Tickets and registrations for events or retreats are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with written notice.

 

3. Products

 

All apothecary products (including honey, sage, oils, and infusions) are final sale for health and safety reasons.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact saintuarysunday@mail.com within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage for replacement or store credit.

 

4. Digital Products

 

All digital downloads, audio content, and gift cards are non-refundable once delivered.

 

5. Exceptions

 

Refunds or replacements are provided at our sole discretion in compliance with applicable consumer laws.
